FAQs

Which campus do I visit for my enrolment?

You must go to the specific campus that offered you your conditional place.
➡️ Why this matters: Each campus manages its own enrolments, so staff at other campuses won’t have your details. If you’re thinking about switching campuses, you can talk about it during your enrolment meeting—but you still need to attend the one that originally offered you a place.

How do I enrol?

Students are expected to enrol in person*. Check your enrolment confirmation email for the exact date and time.
➡️ What to do:

  • Go to the campus listed in your email

  • Bring all required documents (you won’t be able to enrol without them)

*parents/carers cannot enrol on the student’s behalf unless previously authorised by the relevant Head of Sixth Form.

What if I can’t attend enrolment in person?

If you’re not in the country or have a serious reason you can’t attend, you still need to let us know.
➡️ What to do:

You must email recruitment@harrissixthform.org.uk by Friday 7 August with the following information:

  • Your full name and date of birth

  • Proof of reason (like a flight confirmation)

  • Dates you will be available

Important: If you don’t let us know and miss enrolment, your place could be given to someone else.

When will my course start?

You will be given further information about your induction day and the start of term at your enrolment meeting.

Can I change my subject choices?

Yes, you can ask to change subjects during your enrolment meeting.
➡️ However:

  • Subject changes depend on availability

I haven’t received my enrolment letter or email—what should I do?

Only students who received a conditional offer were sent enrolment invitations.

➡️ What to do if you didn’t get one:

Students hoping for a place with us in September are welcome to attend Late Enrolment on Thursday 27 August. Please note: Subject and campus availability will be limited.
